Coworking that feels like work, and a bit of home.

Hot desks, fixed desks, a sunny lounge, a proper kitchen and a south-facing terrace. The Millénaire centre has hosted founders, freelancers and remote workers for over fifteen years — and the coffee is taken seriously.

Community

The people bit.

A workspace is its community, more than its furniture. Ours has slowly grown into a real one over fifteen years — founders, consultants, accountants, designers, two journalists, a translator, three lawyers and a remarkable physiotherapist.

Wednesday breakfasts

Every Wednesday morning, fresh viennoiserie from a Castelnau bakery. No agenda — just coffee and a chat to start the day right.

First-Thursday afterworks

The first Thursday of each month, late-afternoon drinks on the terrace. Sometimes a member presents what they do — voluntarily, never compulsory.

Pinboard & introductions

If a member is looking for an accountant, a recruiter, a designer or a pitch audience — there's almost always someone in the building who can help. We make the introduction.

Dining & coffee

Coffee, kitchen, terrace — not an afterthought.

The kitchen is stocked with fruit, tea, milk and proper coffee from a Montpellier roaster — included in every plan. The south-facing terrace fills up at lunchtime. A handful of restaurants are five minutes' walk: we keep a printed list of the ones our members rate.

This is the bit that most coworking centres get wrong. We took it seriously.

Come and see

A 20-minute tour, then decide.

No commitment, no pitch — just an honest look at the space, a coffee, and a chance to meet the team that would be on the other side of the desk.
